Carl performs appraisal and review functions for MSA on complex residential, multi-family and commercial property assignments. He has more than 45 years of experience in real estate valuation and was Vice President and Chief Appraiser for Talman Home Federal and LaSalle Talman Bank from 1982 to 1995. Mr. Sholeen holds the SRPA and SRA designations from the Appraisal Institute and has been active in numerous civic and professional organizations. His vast experience, knowledge and collateral assessment expertise are a significant asset to MSA.
