For more than a decade, we have compiled appraisal data from the more than 1,500 apartment buildings in and around Chicago we have personally inspected and appraised. This private computerized database contains building, income, expense, and property tax data for each appraised property, as well as all comparable sales used. This database, combined with our expertise, allows us to efficiently analyze market trends and accurately forecast cash flows for each multi-family property we appraise.
